Lesson of the week: Don't Become a Meme, Know "Your vs. You're"

Joe Farhat had the unfortunate experience of becoming a meme on Tuesday and all because of a "your" that was missing one letter.

Farhat, junior, had asked Mr. Porciello on Monday if he could pass in his AP Stats homework on Thursday since he was heading into Boston for the Red Sox/Rays game. Pooch refused, so Farhat made sure to show he was putting in the extra effort to get the work done.

What better way than to fire out a selfie of himself doing the homework on the way to the game? Farhat sent off the email, but unbeknowest to him he made the greatest internet crime you can make in 2015.

The caption read "I hope your happy, I'm doing stats in the car-Joe." Everything was there; the show of perseverance through his situation, the appostrophe between the "I" and "M" of I'm, he even made sure to let Porciello know who the picture was courtesy of (Joe).

But he forgot the "E" on the end of "you're." A mistake so inexcusable that Porciello had to let everybody know.

The caption was slapped on the picture, 12 copies were thrown up on the front board for the world to see, and the greatest grammar crime of the decade was exposed.

How will Joe ever recover? You're going to have to ask him, but after becoming a meme he'll probably never forget his "yours."
