School is soon to be in session. Are you ready?

Peabody Veterans Memorial High School always buzzes with excitement during the first week: getting new schedules, starting a new year, realizing that you are now a Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior. Putting loose leaf paper in a bright purple binder, and writing your name on a class syllabus passed out to you, using your brand new #2 pencil. It's the first week of the new school year: a fresh start.

So think positively. Set goals. Be yourself and believe in yourself. You got this! You will learn new things, and be in new situations, and have different experiences, and grow. Every new year is a chance to grow. Every new day is a chance to grow.

So get out those brand new pre-sharpened #2 pencils, and freshly labeled binders with lined paper, and get ready for a great school year. You got this.
